Christmas Party over at Aaron's place!

Merry Christmas! 12 days of christmas. Just over. But its okay. hahah (:

SS1101 had a christmas party at Aaron's place! Not everyone was there physically, but everyone was there mentally! heheh. Wanying and I were at the mrt at 530 but we arrived at Aaron's place at 630! hahah because we had a tour with the rest around the area! hahah no lah, we took the bus from the wrong part of the bus interchange. But even though we alighted at the wrong stop, we had a great experience! We saw a 'sacred stone' in the middle of a grass patch. Pretty funny, cause it looked really mysterious.


So shortly after we arrived, we started eating! It was potluck so each of us brought something to eat! :D
And we also had secret santa!

15th Anniversary of the National Family Violence Networking System (nfvns)

We were all dressed up for.... MBS! hahah actually its for the National Family Violence Networking System (nfvns). It was a Symposium followed by a thankyou lunch buffet.
So the day started off with a heavy rain and to add on, we couldn't find the bus that would bring us there. hahah we were lost for awhile but being us, we found the bus in the end (:


The symposium was held in the grand ballroom of MBS. Quite a pretty place! So it started off with an opening performance follwed by speeches. There were sharings of some social workers about their experience in HongKong and Australia as well. Oh, there were policemen there too! Because the policemen and the people in the social service sector work close together to help these family of violence have a safer living environment, safe from violence.
